Who is eligible for a free migration?
Free migrations are available for any creator on a paid ConvertKit plan.
How much will this cost?
Nothing! We want to get you all set up for success and part of that means treating you to a free migration. Let’s get your foundation set so you can get to growing.
What will you move from my current provider?
At minimum, we’ll move your subscribers and tags. But if you’re bringing over more than 5,000 subscribers and you’d like more help, we can handle forms, emails, automations, email templates, and your integrations. Whatever you need, let your migration expert know and they’ll help address your needs.
How long will my migration take?
Each migration is different because we customize each migration to your needs—and the needs of every creator are different. While it depends what your needs are, we typically see three different migration timelines:

Can I pay you to move my migration faster?

Will I still be able to send emails and gain new subscribers during my migration?
There’s a lot going on behind the scenes that takes time and we want to make sure you don’t miss a step with your people. That’s why we recommend you keep using your current platform to connect with your audience during the migration.
I'm about to launch a new product, should I wait to move to ConvertKit?
We do our best to work with any marketing or launch timeline you have. If your launch runs over 2-3 weeks or affects your email marketing setup, we recommend you wait until we’ve finalized the switch. If it’s a simple launch, go for it! No need to keep the people waiting for your next big thing.
Can you move over subscribers that are in the middle of an automation, or set of automated emails?
It’s best to let your subscribers finish out any automations they’re currently in before moving them over. There’s no safe way to move subscribers over to ConvertKit at a specific point in an email sequence or set of automated emails.
Can you set up integrations for me?
Yes, we can set up any integrations you have if you are migrating with a list larger than 5,000 subscribers. Here’s the list of native integrations we have. If you’re interested in having us set up integrations for you, please include it in the migration form or let your migration expert know.
